The new lightweight chair for large venues – setting standards in terms of design, handling and sustainability: With its frame made entirely from anodised aluminium, this chair is only 5 kgs light. All parts are bolted together, not welded or glued, so that alite can be separated into its components and recycled 100% at the end of its long active life. Seat and back surfaces are shaped to answer the highest ergonomic demands. The upper edge of the backrest eases back comfortably, and the knee rounding adds comfort as well – while seated just like when getting up.
Add to this the many sophisticated functions like e.g. the integrated row linking system which does away with any extra moves during linking and dismantling. alite can be linked into rows with or without armrests, both interchangeably and armrest-to-armrest. And up to 12 chairs can be stacked on top of each other.
