The characteristic lines of the Brunner furniture reinforce the clear language of forms of the new Gilching City Hall.

After about 30 years of planning and two years of actual construction, the new Gilching City Hall was inaugurated in the fall of 2016. The new building sports a straight design, realising the competition entry by architect Professor Horst Teppert, who was able to now put it into practice together with Munich-based architectural firm mrb architekten. The two-storey building located in the Gilching town centre provides a total floor space of 4,000 m 2 for 63 administrative staff, and for events. The building is structured into an administrative and an event wing, connected by the entrance hall. The ground floor houses a number of administrative offices plus a hall seating an audience of 199, as well as a library featuring an outdoor reading courtyard. On the second floor, there is the meeting hall for 24 communal councillors, which also offers 60 seats for visitors. It was equipped with comfortable finasoft conference easy chairs. For the visitors, easy-to-maintain linos stacking chairs were selected. linos stacking chairs are also deployed in the event hall, combined with trust folding tables, allowing for flexible use. In the library, comfortable fina lounge easy chairs and side tables as well as linos stacking chairs offer an inviting atmosphere. For outdoor use, the linos chairs received a galvanized frame as a special edition, making them outdoor-proof. The meeting and faction rooms have been equipped with conference tables from the fina conference series. In the waiting areas and staff rooms, stacking chairs, easy chairs and side tables from the linos, fox, and fina lounge series have been deployed. fina bar bar stools as well as cross stand-up tables round off the furnishings.
