Nordport Plaza Hotel at Hamburg Airport

Lobby

Back to the 60's.

Within sight of Hamburg Airport, a four-star-plus hotel was opened in spring 2018 by the name of the Nordport Plaza Hamburg Airport. This new build consists of a ten-storey main building, which is modelled on an eye with its elliptical shape, and an adjoining four-storey building resembling an eyebrow.

Skybar

At a time when flying was still pretty special.

Inside, the design is characterised by the theme of flying – with a concept based on the design language of the 1960s. For this, the entire hotel – from the foyer and restaurant to the rooms and conference area - has been furnished with 19 high-quality Brunner ranges.

Meetings

High tech meets comfort and style

Wood is a theme running through all of the crona models and the fina bar stools as the frame material and this is continued in the hoc high tables. However, more formal meetings around a conference table take place in the A-chair, the multi-award-winning plastic stacking row chair.
