In addition to an attractive yet central location on Lake Sempach, the modern business park in the Sursee region also offers well-appointed offices with high-quality services. The office units, which range in size from 84 to 1,750 m², can be used as individual offices, workspaces for start-ups, open-plan offices or consulting rooms. The building is designed to accommodate a total of 250 workspaces, and, for a limited time, residents can also stay in its comfortable apartments.

What's more, the restaurant, terrace and roof garden can be hired for events. The large glass facade ensures bright, airy spaces full of natural light, while the rooftop solar panels supply the business park with its daily electricity needs. Lumen Park is heated and ventilated by six groundwater heat pumps.

The large roof terrace on the fourth floor furnished with crona steel chairs and tables is the perfect spot to enjoy the magnificent view across Lake Sempach. The commercial spaces, apartments and restaurant are furnished with crona upholstered easy chairs and chairs and bar stools from the nate s series.
