New Assistant Operations Manager Asia Pacific

Our latest addition to the Brunner Asia Pacific team.

This week, we welcome our new Assistant Operations Manager, Leta Li, to our growing team.

Leta has worked in the industry for many years and gained invaluable experience. We are incredibly excited to welcome Leta to the Brunner APAC team!

To learn more about Leta and her motivation to join the team, we asked her some questions about her new position...

Q: Tell us a bit about yourself.
A: I'm from Shanghai, born and raised here. I majored in international economics and trade at college. After graduation, I worked as a rate analyst and as customer service assistant for an international moving company. I then transferred to the furniture industry, which I've been part of for the past 11 years, looking after the China and North Asia markets in a support role.

Q: How is your experience at Brunner Asia Pacific so far?
A: I can feel the strong connection between the team. They all work very closely together, trust each other and provide great support. Looking ahead, I'm full of confidence.

Q: Is there a specific reason why you want to work for Brunner Asia Pacific?
A: Brunner offers a vast product portfolio that can meet different demands, always able to shape the space for clients with the best product solutions. They are known for being flexible and reliable. The management strives to provide the best service to customers and puts a lot of effort into setting up the APAC business.

Q: In your new position as Assistant Operation Manager, which tasks will you be taking care of?
A: I will look after the operations process for the APAC region. I will liaise with end clients, logistic agents, suppliers and internally with the sales team. My role involves placing orders to our factory, then handling all the processes right through to project handover for different regions. I will monitor the whole process to ensure a smooth delivery to the customer.

Q: What will you be adding to the team?
A: I bring my industry knowledge and expertise to help improving the operations. My goal is to be a reliable internal support for the team. I want to continue to learn and grow with the company.

Q: Lastly, what is your favorite product of the Brunner portfolio?
A: I'm very impressed by Brunner's vast product portfolio. I'm still learning all the products, but so far, my favorite is ray soft. It comes in many different shell types, frames and upholsteries. It provides many possible applications, from a conference room to a product for a home for a classic home design and it’s timeless.
